Nude modelling l june
We will study the dimensions and proportions of the human body. One's own working experience with the basic proportions will help to create models of clay with confidence, and it will make working with a live model easier.
One main objective is to find the "Big Form". To achieve this it is necessary to create models of different sizes, and it would be sensible to use various techniques. These pieces of work can be left to dry and fired later at home.
For bigger solid models of clay it is essential to use a structure. We will construct a wire frame in the conventional way and make a model of a standing figure. This figure could later be cast at home if anyone should wish to do so.
There will be an additional charge of CHF 80.- per person for the model.
