‘Marmo di Peccia’, this simple description of the material fires me with enthusiasm time and time again! Right at the head of the Maggia valley, away from worldly cares…grappling with the stone to create a form, something totally new, to be completely content after hours of hard work…to feel like this has always been a dream of mine when I was an employer, and now I have found it in Peccia!
