The school has four studio flats. These are located on the worksite and are available for renting.
The studio flats (28 m2) consist of a living area, a kitchenette with a four-hob cooker/oven and fridge, shower cubicle/WC. They are fully furnished and equipped and there is a double bed in the living area. Bed linen and hand towels are provided.
The rent charges vary depending on high season/low season and the length of stay.
High season: 1st June – 31st August
Rent for one person per week: CHF 500
Early and late season: 1st April – 30th May/1st September – 31st October
Rent for one person per week: CHF 400
Winter season: 1st November – 31st March
Rent for one person: CHF 300
There is an additional flat-rate charge of CHF 70 for final cleaning, visitors’ tax and energy consumption.
For two people sharing a studio flat there is an additional charge per week of: CHF 100 during the high season / CHF80 during the early and late season / CHF 50 during the winter season
Discounts for long-term tenants/Calendar Year
10% after 3rd week, 15% after 4th week, 20% after 6th week, 25% after 8th week, 30% after 10th week, 35% after 12th week.
These discounts are valid for all rent prices including overlapping seasons.

Arrival time: 6.30 pm on Sundays
Departure: 10 am on Saturdays
Working days on the worksite are Mondays to Saturdays. Sundays are off.
Bookings can be made directly with the Scuola di Scultura when you register for a course.
Wireless Internet connection (WiFi) is available throughout the School.
