Sculpting and three-dimensional design
Since 1994 the Scuola di Scultura has been offering further training over four years to students who choose this to be a part of their professional training.
This further training is intended for:
- People who already work in the creative field such as art teachers and arttherapists, art and craft teachers, teachers, architects and artstudents.
- Professionals who work with stone like sculptors, stonemasons and stonecutters.
- People from other professions who wish to continue their education in this special field.
The course consists of four fortnightly courses, seven weekly courses and five weekend seminars. The main focus of the further training is a sound teaching of practical and artistic skills in the field of stone sculpture.
Objectives:
- To learn the trade
- To develop one's own creativity and sensibility
- To search for a personal language of expression and form
- To translate into action one's own ideas, and to look critically at one's completed work.
Our offer for all participants of the further training course
Everyone who chooses to attend our further training course Sculpting and three-dimensional design (WBK) will have the opportunity to use our work area with all its equipment, throughout the year, for a reasonable charge of Fr. 25.00 per day.
The condition for such a stay is that you can work independently and that you bring your own tools. The four studio apartments for guests can of course be rented, at the standard rate.
